  • Counseled a blockchain software developer as the Applicant in a complex trademark opposition, effectively resolving the matter through a negotiated settlement.
  • Consumer Protection (Superior Court of the District of Columbia) Filed a consumer protection claim against a home improvement contractor for failing to complete the agreed-upon waterproofing and other repairs to the client’s home.
